Vocational education for the future - competence, social investment and new cluster

Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We investigated the possibility of co-ownership of social investments where cross-sector collaborations enable new solutions for skills supply. Business models and guidelines were drawn up. Jobbskolan would be the case that is started jointly to test the theses, but also to show HOW treatment and training/work produce an effect for those who are not otherwise expected to establish themselves in the labor market. We didn´t get all the way there, but through valuable insights, the future can mean new solutions for the supply of skills, together.

Expected long term effects

Investigations regarding organizational form, forms of employment, student allowances and validations were investigated together with e.g. education modules and recruitment routes for the young jobseekers. Overview of the included industries in terms of paths to employability as well as inspiration and opportunities to reach more young people. Greater understanding of the connection between jobseekers and hiring companies. Reduced skills shortage and reduced unemployment in shortage sectors We did not achieve, but there is an opportunity to get there in the future.

Approach and implementation
