Purpose and goal
The purpose of the planning project is to strengthen our consortium and further develop the VISIBLE project idea for a new proposal to EIC Pathfinder 2026. The goal is to deepen the scientific, technical and strategic elements that, according to the EIC´s evaluation, need to be strengthened in order to achieve a competitive proposal at the next call for proposals.
Expected effects and result
Expected results and effects of this planning project include adding two to three more industrial partners to the consortium that better complement the value chain. We will collaborate with an experienced team of external experts in project planning to strengthen our proposal and create a strong, internationally competitive proposal for EIC Pathfinder 2026.
Planned approach and implementation
The planning project is divided into three work packages (WPs): WP1: Consortium expansion and value chain, which aims to map the value chain and identify two to three additional parties to our consortium. Negotiate roles and activities. WP2: Establish a "rebuttal matrix" against the previous evaluation, restructuring of the proposal, including new parties. WP3: Conduct "writing sprints", external editorial writing consultation, completion of proposal and submission.
