Purpose and goal
The project´s purpose and goals have not been achieved within the agreed time frame. New information has been added to the project and new approaches has been developed that has affected the timetable and the Project goals.
Expected results and effects
The expected effects and the desired result from the original idea is still present but the approach and implementation has changed.
Planned approach and implementation
The initial idea proved, during the Project, not to be a possible way forward. Through dialogue with stakeholders it became clear that the proposed plan was consistent with excessive risks and the decision was made not to go though with the tender.
