Purpose and goal

Unbroken flows in manufacturing SMEs are more profitable than known. The main purpose is to create a model, to show how big the cost savings for coordinated synchronized production flow between supplier and SME customer could be. This is not common knowledge today and the purpose is to point out new models and methods to coordinate production methods for suppliers together with their customers. The value flow will gain in strength by using lean principals and ideas influenced by the project Factory in a box.
