Important results from the project
Yes, the initial goals were achieved. The project was successfully completed, including presenting the innovation at the JEC exhibition and generating over 30 qualified leads. Additionally, the project led to important outcomes: improved team marketing skills, customer validation and feedback, clearer understanding of market potential and pricing, better product positioning, and insight into the innovation’s long-term importance for the composite industry.

Approach and implementation
All according to the plan: travel to Paris, accommodation near the exhibition, work at the booth from 9 to 18.00 for the team of 3. We performed active marketing - geting planned meetings with target customers, as well as passive - accepting visitors at the booth. 3 days of work, 30+ leads collected and qualified preliminarily. Follow up activity is conducted now.
