Important results from the project
The objectives were achieved through a productive in-person meeting with asthma and COPD care, establishing contacts for future collaborations. We also gained valuable insights into how well the Brazilian market is suited for healthcare digitalization. Additionally, we met with local pharmaceutical companies to discuss potential partnerships moving forward.
Expected long term effects
The long-term effects are that our work on the Swedish market now allows us to identify the potential for expanding into new markets. The thorough efforts with studies and the implementation of self-monitoring in Sweden have established a solid foundation, providing us with strong opportunities to establish operations in other countries and regions around the world.
Approach and implementation
The project and its structure were well thought out. For us, it was particularly valuable to combine meetings with Business Sweden in São Paulo and RISE, which provided a broader perspective on both business development and technology. We see that these two aspects need to work together for our product to successfully launch in a new market. The timeline was followed effectively, and we had the opportunity to meet with previous partners while seamlessly integrating into the project.
