Purpose and goal
The parties explore how the transition to the new Social Services Act affects
and can develop collaboration between municipalities and civil society organisations. The Act emphasizes preventive, equal and accessible interventions, which can change the relationship between the parties and requires a joint analysis. The parties develop methods for dialogue, co-creation, problem solving in complex issues etc. affect collaboration.
Expected effects and result
The parties are expected to have explored methods that complement the dialogue with structured working methods for co-creation and problem solving in complex issues linked to the transition to the new Social Services Act. It is explored how municipal borders affect idea-based organisations´ opportunities to conduct social activities. The parties gain in-depth knowledge of how the requirements for a knowledge-based working method affect the opportunities of idea-based organisations.
Planned approach and implementation
Monitoring and actor analysis provide an overview of the current situation at the municipal, sub-regional and national levels regarding collaboration with civil society based on the new Social Services Act. Identification of idea-driven and municipal actors and activities that are involved. The parties identify and jointly explore obstacles and opportunities as well as methods. Implementation of competence-enhancing activities. Joint analysis, summarization and anchoring.
