The feasibility study examines Swedish companies’ need for support when engaging in international R&I collaboration.
Expected long term effects
Our analysis shows that there is a clear and urgent need for tools or toolkits to support and help companies navigate a complex international research and innovation landscape.
Approach and implementation
In addition to desk research, we have benefitted from input and contributions from a reference group, which has provided valuable expertise and input on risks related to international research and innovation collaboration. We have also conducted in-depth interviews with companies and have surveyed relevant activities and approaches of other countries. Finally, our analysis and findings build upon insights gained from our continuous conversations with companies, experts and relevant stakeholders in Europe and China over the past decade.
