Important results from the project
The project´s goal was to develop and create business models for additional digital language tools in Tolkvox. This has been fully met. For example a tool has been developed to enable the user (eg. a physician or social secretary) to easily call his / her patient / client with an interpreter. Also, a tool has been developed to provide the user with support in using English in the conversation with the interpreter.
Expected long term effects
The project has resulted in Tolkvox receiving valuable material for the continued development of our service. The concepts that have been developed are quality assured in terms of user experience, business value, information security and legal compliance.
Approach and implementation
The project has been implemented in a user-centered, innovative and iterative process. In this, users from seven public and private clients in healthcare, social services and schools have participated. In the process, developers and consultants in matters relating to legal compliance and information security have participated.
