Important results from the project
The purpose has been to create environments and models that allow coworking, learning and co-creation to strengthen the public sector´s opportunities to deal with complex challenges. The project´s accompanying research show preliminary results on a well achieved effects and purpose. The project has both developed and tested a national concept that meets set results- and impact goals based on the two hubs in Stockholm and Östersund. The concept has already begun to be implemented both in new locations and within organizations that were members or in contact with Samverket.
Expected long term effects
The project has developed sustainable business models that has also proven to be viable in terms of the market. This has been spread further to other locations that wish to start Samverket through the Playbook. Furthermore, new collaborations and projects have been started, developed, and received funding in the operations of various organisations. Learning between organizations has continuously taken place, including in hybrid work. The member organizations have also developed their own internal workplace strategies during the project thanks to Samverket.
Approach and implementation
The collaboration has been an iterative process that has been continuously developed in close collaboration with the target group and members. Through entirely member-driven activities, a content has emerged that has proven to be attractive and relevant to far more than those who held membership. The environments are characterized by a culture built on psychological safety, creativity and community and are facilitated by a community manager in a neutral and equal place. The significance of this has been validated by the accompanying researchers who were attached to the project.
