Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of this project has been to develop a smart and automated function of the concept Teaching Analytics (TA) to support principals to organize and lead computer-driven school improvement. The goal was fulfilled by 1) visualizing a change process in two steps and by 2) developing 12 qualitatively different analyzes that are presented to the user. Another part of the smart feedback has been about presenting the results in new types of bar charts to help the principals with the analysis.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project´s results are that Teaching Analytics´s new functionality with smart and automated feedback is now an integrated part of the concept. The positive effects through the development of smart and automated feedback improve the conversational climate, co-creation of the business objective and a common view of teaching. By analyzing and evaluating the school´s teaching, principals get tools to lead and organize school development towards the school´s business idea.
