Call Innovative collaborations with the USA in XR - step 1

Important results from the project

The project resulted in established collaborations with stakeholders in the US, which serve as a fundamental building block for further funding and market introduction. Additionally, the project provided valuable insights into market needs and trends, strengthening the company´s development process. At the same time, opportunities were created for long-term partnerships and knowledge exchange, which can positively impact the company.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to yield long-term effects such as faster time-to-market and an increased understanding of the international market. The established network in North America, together with our previous partners, creates favorable conditions for continued funding, innovation, and collaboration. Additionally, the upcoming XR application can more quickly enhance the skills of medical responders, ultimately improving societal preparedness and offering better ways to train and save lives.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out as planned through a study trip to California for 2 weeks in December. During the trip, key stakeholders in XR technology and tactical casualty care in Silicon Valley were visited, with a focus on networking, meetings, and participation in events. The activities proved to be the right choice for achieving the project´s goals, as they resulted in significant collaborations and valuable insights.
