Important results from the project

SWE-CAM has contributed to creating a broader and deeper understanding nationally about merit criteria linked to collaboration, through: 1. In-depth dialogue with national and international stakeholders. 2. Method development around collaboration merits 3. Strengthened learning around collaboration merits through five pilot projects The project´s results serve as a basis for further work in a working group on merit values within collaboration and utilization, within the CoARA National Chapter.

Expected long term effects

The project has identified and summarized the essential development needs going forward, which are presented below in four areas. The final report from SWE-CAM can be used in all four. 1. Policy development 2. Cultural and system change 3. In-depth dialogue within academia and with more stakeholders in society 4. Continued development of tools

Approach and implementation

KLOSSnet took the initiative for the project. The project has been run through a project management together with five HEI:s that have each carried out a pilot project. SWE-CAM has consisted of three parts: 1) Dialogues with various stakeholders 2) Five pilot projects 3) Joint method development. A final report has been produced. One aspect that remains is to produce a proposal for a national framework for collaborative merits after SUHF´s framework for merit assessments has been decided.
