Purpose and goal
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Aim: Prepare the way for a national partnership for clinical trials. Objective: To theoretically investigate the feasibility of parts of a national partnership that the project parties have identified as viable. A joint competence development and sharing of experiences, as well as exploring consensus regarding the design of the partnership, commitments and regulation among the project parties. To identify reliable methods for strategic path choices, to jointly achieve inclusion goals/quality in implementation, organization and objectives.
Expected effects and result
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** An increased, data-driven knowledge and a decision support for strategic prioritization of therapy areas within which the implementation capacity of clinical trials in Sweden needs to be strengthened. An understanding of how the agreement structure for the partnership should be designed. A model for how national therapy networks within the framework of the partnership can be established and function over time. An in-depth dialogue with the Danish and Norwegian partnerships (TrialNation and NorTrials) as best practice.
Planned approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** This feasibility study runs from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025. The project consists of four work packages: AP1 Project management, AP2 Strategisk focus and prioritized areas of strength, AP3 Modell for the partnership´s agreement areas, AP4 Omvärldsbevakning. The five project parties share the responsibility for the work packages and the implementation of the project. The project reports to a steering group and collaborates with stakeholders and key actors through a reference group and through communication in networks relevant to the project.
