Important results from the project

In the healthcare industry, there is a strong evidence-based work ambition. The purpose of this project was hence to produce evidence from the use of Joyvest that could help future customers to more easily make a fact-based decision about implementing Joyvest. The goal was to document the effects of Joyvest from the perspective of the user (someone suffering from dementia), staff, and organization. We have achieved this through a test proceeding for three months, followed by an analysis and a research report by a scientist. This will enable further national and international expansion.

Expected long term effects

A researcher from Göteborgs Universitet has compiled the results of the test in a scientific report. The report highlights several important aspects of Joyvest that will be highly useful in the future. To get as much coverage as possible on the report, we will try to get it published in scientific as well as popular science journals. It will further strengthen its weight and broaden its awareness. We will see the largest effects of this project in the coming year.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in four steps: 1) project planning 2) implementation of test 3) analysis of results and compilation of the report 4) communication of results Due to prevailing circumstances, we needed to do re-planning on several occasions. The last step of communication has only just begun but will continue over the coming year.
