Standardisation of small containers for city logistics

Purpose and goal

The purpose was to develop business plans for our city container, and to develop and verify a container adapter for a competing cargo bike. This was achieved.

Expected results and effects

With developed business models for the city container, we are confident to move on with creating a profitable business around it. We have verified that the container works on other heavy cargo bikes, which is an important step in standardisation.

Planned approach and implementation

We were to heavy on consultants, too low on own work in the budget. Luckily Vinnova approved of a budget change.
