The project will develop, establish and test a holistic concept that involves all actors in the value chain with the aim of shaping a best practice. Evaluate distribution and service channels, financing solutions and models for the end user, organizational solution for the aftermarket, applications such as irrigation systems and form a train-the-trainer program.

Projects aim to take the next step towards a market introduction in India by carrying out demonstration projects, partly to evaluate collaborative partners who will deliver parts to the pump solution and partly to test and develop the system as a whole concept (try different types of irrigation systems, service organization etc) to validate the business model.
