Purpose and goal

The goal has been fulfilled with two deals signed and one deal to be signed soon. Routines have been implemented and the access to the technology has been secured. However, what is most important is the knowledge that has been generated. This will be used when the service is implemented and when new customers are recruited and when the company expands internationally.

Expected results and effects

The company has secured the access to the technology and the technological partner has joined as owner of the company. The value proposition has been refined. Internal routines as well as routines regarding use of the service has been developed. The expected effect is that the company´s adjustment to the needs of individual customers in combination with income from selling the service with strengthen the company when going global. The value of an international reference customer has extreme value for future sales.

Planned approach and implementation

The plan was to hire an entrepreneur and a sale representative part time. For various reasons, no sales representative was hired. However, this could be compensated due to the fact that the entrepreneur could work more than planned and also functioned well as a sales representative. Also the chairman of the board worked more with operational questions than planned. In hindsight one realize that it was very optimistic to recruit two persons in such a short period. However, the end-result was better than anticipated.
