Purpose and goal
The project aims to increase the maturity of both the product and business model for Nextgen Classroom through continued development and validation of the platform´s value proposition, market potential, and technical scalability. The goal is to create a verified, scalable AI platform for language learning that is ready for national growth and international launch.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a validated platform with documented impact, good examples from schools and increased technical scalability. In the longer term, this is expected to contribute to more efficient language teaching, reduced teacher time for marking and planning, and strengthened competitiveness for a Swedish EdTech solution with international potential.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is implemented in several work packages that combine user feedback, technical development and market analysis. We further develop the platform´s user-friendliness and flexibility based on insights from teachers and students, collect data on effects in teaching and document good examples. In parallel, an international market analysis is carried out with participation in relevant conferences and subsequent technical adaptation and export preparations.
