Important results from the project
RISE has fulfilled the project purpose of testing co-working and hybrid work and sharing insights and learnings with other actors from the public sector, finding new forms for collaboration at Samverket. In addition, RISE has tested new ways of working for the future, expanded our understanding of common societal challenges and shared insights and lessons learned about collaboration and hybrid work with other members. We have tried to actively contribute to the joint development of a common toolbox for facilitation, innovation and cooperation in the Samverket community.
Expected long term effects
The results for RISE have been the learnings around co-working model and the function of third places like Samverket for sustainable future work life. The concrete result have been also all the new relationships and collaborations we have built through Samverket. Innovative perspectives on how to solve complex societal challenges developed at Samverket have also been an important output. Furthermore, we see Samverket as a key platform on the national level (if scaled-up nationally) for strategic innovation in the Swedish public sector.
Approach and implementation
RISE has implemented the planned project activities, from having active members who have been regularly present at Samverket, to their role of building new relationships with other members/ organizations in the co-working space and identifying and developing new opportunities for collaboration. RISE members have also contributed with co-facilitation of activities at Samverket, sharing tools for facilitation, innovation, and cross-organizational collaboration. The analysis is that we have in this process learned a lot from other members through co-learning and co-creation.
