Venture The strategic innovation program InfraSweden

Purpose and goal

The project aims to lead and implement a broad, inclusive and action-oriented process to develop a common FOI agenda for the development of transport infrastructure within InfraSweden´s area of ​​operation. The agenda constitutes a strategic final document for InfraSweden and at the same time a handover to the industry´s actors before the end of the program. The goal is to develop a strategy document and at the same time create a lasting commitment and clear commitments from central actors.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is carried out in four work packages: (1) preparation with stakeholder and environmental analysis and process design, (2) needs analysis through dialogues and development of a draft R&I agenda, (3) synthesis and anchoring into a final agenda, and (4) communication and launch. It involves key stakeholders across infrastructure, industry, academia, and sector networks to ensure broad alignment and implementation.
