Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** EasyArr is a platform that makes it easy to do the right thing, especially for cultural organizers. This project has focused on making it easier for local owners - within primarily - FolketsHus and Parker to become visible and to simplify their administrative work at the same time as the sales force increases through increased involvement of the public. Because the pandemic limited us in meeting users for training, resources have instead focused on developing digital information flows within and outside the system.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The result - developmentally - reached what we set up as objective in the application. Due to the fact that the pandemic has meant that many Folkets Hus associations have been even less staffed than before the pandemic, not all meetings planned have been possible. Other ways of capturing the needs have been used and more resources have been invested in designing digital tools for information and knowledge transfer - both within the system and separately.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have always had the focus that within our basic idea - which says that we want to make it easy to do the right thing, especially for unfamiliar and new organizers of public events - work in three steps: 1. Find out what users need 2. Build in the solutions within our platform that are possible and secure 3. Test and evaluate - rebuild so that it is correct. We have maintained this basic plan and even during the pandemic´s visit stop we have been able to implement the plan - albeit more digitally than planned.
