Important results from the project

Yes, although our aspiration was to have the process already permanently implemented at LTU before summer 2025 - but there will likely be a delay. The project has created the following: a pilot process at LTU for responsible internationalisation, which has resulted in the creation of a joint mailbox for questions; sub-processes such as the process for visiting researchers; understanding of the resources required for a better implementation of the process.

Expected long term effects

We expect a permanent process to be implemented at LTU, together with the creation of a joint internal database for all types of partnerships.

Approach and implementation

We first looked at the theory found in the first Inquiry report, then we looked at our own preliminary process and then started working on test cases, which then resulted in a better understanding of how to create a better support structure (i.e. the Funnel). We then looked at how such a process looks like at TU Delft and at Aalto, and based on all of that created our own theory on responsible internationalisation.
