Purpose and goal
The objective with the project was to perform a travel to Morocco in order to meet with Masen to engage them as a partner in an application to H2020. The trip was performed and the application was filed.
Expected results and effects
The target was to file an application to the call LC-SC3-RES-13-2018 where Cleanergy had the ambition to be coordinator. We had identified that the participation from Masen would dramatically increase the market awareness and credibility of the innovation. The result was that a competitive application was sent in with Cleanergy as coordinator and Masen as one partner out of totally 8 from 6 different countries.
Planned approach and implementation
The requirements for a successful application to a thematic call in H2020 is to establish a thorough coordination between all partners which normally require personal meetings. I this project personal meetings were arranged with Masen and 2 more partners. The rest of the coordination was performed through web-meetings, which turned out to be sufficient.
