Purpose and goal
The purpose is to participate in Forest Innovation Summit to establish business contacts in the North American market. Besca AB develops high-value carbon products with plasma technology for energy storage and water purification, and the goal is to establish strategic relationships with actors in the forest industry – suppliers of the company´s input raw material biochar.
Expected effects and result
The trip is expected to result in new contacts with highly relevant actors within the North American forest industry. The proximity to raw material suppliers strengthens Besca´s competitiveness, both environmentally and cost-wise, enabling a more competitive call for proposals to customers in the North American market.
Planned approach and implementation
Activities during the trip consist of participation in Forest Innovation Summit and surrounding events in connection with the conference. The format provides structured opportunities to meet the right networks within the forest industry and begin concrete business discussions.
