Important results from the project
The employee engagement surveys our customers carry out show that clear goals and recurring one-on-ones between employee and manager are areas that clearly drive employee engagement. The goal of the project is to complement our existing platform for AI-driven employee surveys with a useful tool for leaders and employees. The function creates added value for employees and helps managers work structured with goals, feedback and one-on-ones.
Expected long term effects
The result of the project is a new AI-driven feature that complements existing product functionality. The result of a pilot project shows both improved goal-orientation within the organisation and more structured feedback in one-on-ones. The goal-orientation within the company has improved and created more engaged employees.
