Important results from the project
TINC gave us an opportunity to test and develop our business model in depth. The program gave us a clearer understanding of how our products and services can be taken to market, including key insights into pricing and market strategy. We also gained concrete insight into what it takes to establish ourselves in the US market.
The program also opened doors to relevant actors in our field, such as a US water player.
Expected long term effects
Better prepared for capital raising and an understanding of the path to the American market.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out with the first half remotely, where there were full days on Zoom with various elements that would prepare us for the journey as a startup. In connection with this, we were given tasks such as market analyses, customer journeys & pitch deck to complete until the spring when we would meet in Palo Alto. There we gained rigorous insight into the development of a deep-tech startup and focused on market entry, pricing, legal, organization, etc. We pitched to investors.
