Important results from the project

The result was a common picture of the system´s fertile ground for change and a consensus on possible directions forward; - Strengthen the nodes where families already exist; Preschool and Family Center as levers and platforms for early detection of risk + low-threshold support. - "Third places" & peer support; Safe, informal meeting environments in urban areas and surrounding areas - Simple structure for interaction - Strengthen capacity for system management among officials and politicians.

Expected long term effects

The project expected long-term effects: - Measurable reduction in all forms of ill health among children and young people in the municipality - Strengthened political support and support for a health-promoting support system - System change with sustainable health outcomes - Developed financing logic for a health-promoting ecosystem

The implementation included the following steps: - Anchoring with the working group and key stakeholders in the municipality - Actor mapping - Sensemaker data collection - Anecdotal circles - Estuarine mapping - Insight processes - Baseline for future directions/interventions
