Preparation of EIC Accelerator Application for Empatik Intelligence – AI for the Analysis and Development of Critical Communication in High-Stakes and Leadership Environments

Purpose and goal

The project aims to prepare an EIC Accelerator application for an AI-based solution that analyzes video meetings to assess and develop soft skills in professional settings. The goal is to create a competitive EU application that meets the criteria of impact, excellence, and implementation, enabling the international scaling of the technology.

Expected effects and result

The project aims to deliver a finalized, high-quality EIC Accelerator application. In the long term, this is expected to enable the international scaling of an AI solution that supports soft skills development in professional settings and contributes to more effective, fair, and data-driven workplace communication.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is structured into five work packages: user needs analysis, technical verification and TRL assessment, development of the business model and strategy, finalization of the EU application, and overall project management. The work is carried out iteratively with support from external expertise, focusing on meeting the EIC Accelerator’s requirements for impact, excellence, and implementation.
