Important results from the project
The purpose of this project was to validate product-market fit through a soft beta launch in order to identify technical and functional shortcomings before a national growth phase.
Expected long term effects
We soft beta launched with 100 patients and 200 psychologists and psychotherapists. We were able to demonstrate initial product-market fit and identify multiple technical and functional shortcomings that have since been iterated. this has enabled us to achieve our main goal of building a more automated workflow of matching patients to therapists. The project also identified further opportunities for automation of the platform before Alpha launch, fall 2022.
Approach and implementation
The project was conducted in two stages: pre and post-beta launch. Pre-launch focused on technical development and therapist/patient acquisition. Post beta focused on collecting insights and evaluating and analyzing the results, tracking clinical outcomes, evaluating technical shortcomings, and fine-tuning. We now have an initial roadmap for future development points that will enable us to start scale-up nationally.
