Important results from the project
The short stay potentially permitted by VINNMER Planning Grant is intended as a preliminary step towards a VINNMER Marie Curie Project. This visit allowed Dr. Lamberti to: i) perform a preliminary experimental activity on selected materials prepared in the Italian Institution, ii) meet the Swedish colleagues potentially interested in setting up a scientific collaboration, which, hopefully, will last and strengthen over the years and iii) discuss the additional active support LTU will deliver in case of successful VINNMER Marie Curie proposal.
Expected long term effects
1. Networking activities for collaboration with other profs/labs at LTU 2. Knowledge of the LTU available facilities 3. Discussion, final writing and submission of MC VINNMER Project 4. Establishment of new academic collaboration among Sweden and Italy
Approach and implementation
Planned activities and goals were: 1. Realization of experimental plan for the future MC project 2. Networking activities for collaboration with other profs/labs at LTU. This task is of fundamental importance since it will open the possibilities for understanding the possible working collaboration inside the host university, especially focused on Division of Materials Science. 3. Discussion on MC VINNMER Project for writing down a winning full proposal, including all the needed details.
