Östersund municipality has tested coworking during the project period and will now, together with other project partners, continue the concept that the project developed.
Expected long term effects
Expected results were that the project would lead to a deeper collaboration between public actors in Jämtland/Härjedalen. The project has led to several different in-depth collaboration areas such as facilitation networks, as well as in communication and competence provision. Now that the project has been completed, the project parties will continue the investment around the Partnership which continues in the already established authority network in Jämtland/Härjedalen.
Approach and implementation
For the project, Östersund´s municipality has had a project manager who coordinates the municipality´s participants in Samverket. The project manager has had close contact with Samverket´s community manager regarding current issues in the project. The project manager has also collaborated with the municipality´s communications department to disseminate adequate information, as well as informing various municipal management groups about the project. The project manager has also taken in views from Östersund municipality members and fed back to Samverket.
