Important results from the project
The objective was to validate and verify One Million Babies in collaboration with midwives and modify the app according to their specifications. The prototype that we have developed will be the foundation for an app-version ready to go live nationwide in 2020.
Expected long term effects
Prototypes for iOS and Android have successfully been developed and approved, and testing has been conducted. The prototypes will be developed further based on feedback from users and midwives.
Approach and implementation
The app prototypes and testings have been performed through three main work packages: 1.Idea generation and specification of content/functionality together with midwives 2.Development of app in terms of functionality and design 3.Testing (pregnant women and midwives) Several workshops and demonstrations have been conducted before, during and after the development work package in order to iteratively integrate and adjust different and sometimes competing demands.
