Purpose and goal

The project was aimed at creating systematic skills and experience exchange between Ayond AB and Kungl. Musikhögskolan (KMH) The project involved three areas: The e-learning / ScorX part has been implemented according to plan and proved to be very successful. Part 2 with the work of finding applications for the music-technological equipment has begun and first prototypes are under way. For the third part regarding generalizable model of collaboration, the situation was far more complex than expected, with questions and challenges that could not be forseen.

Expected results and effects

A new version of ScorX e-Learning tool based on experience of the project is under development. A KMH student is employed by ScorX. A review of existing entrepreneurship courses at KMH has been made and a proposal for a new joint course has been prepared. The ESAIM project at KMH in cooperation with KTH is funded and initiated. Cooperation with external organizations has begun. To the sound dome of the “Lilla salen”, a simple API has been developed to control the sound.

Planned approach and implementation

The project manager has been 2 days a week at KMH. Many people have been invited to participate in the project and activities from both parties, which has been good. Initially, a relatively long time spent meeting people at the host organization, which was rewarding for the “anchoring” of the project. The project manager at KMH has had the opportunity to support the work which has been valuable and greatly contributed to the successful outcome. Regular project meetings have been held for follow-up and planning.
