Purpose and goal
Thanks to the grant from Vinnova, we have payed our coders and are on a good way to finish the beta version of the app. We have also created different marketing campaigns and done split tests to verify our assumptions on expected target groups, effective messaging and distribution channels. With the code we have so far we have been able to test and further verify the alfa version of the app which has enabled us to continue a more accurate further development of the user experience in the app.
Expected results and effects
Our expected result was to have a finished beta, find a product-to-market fit and close deals with our future bank partners. We are on a good way to succeed with these goals although with a delayed time frame of a few months. We put these few months to use by continuing doing tests of marketing campaigns to gather data and see where it is best to put our focus for bigger marketing campaigns in conjunction with the launch of the Beta in March. We have also gotten letters of intents from investors and have so far 96 people in sign-ups for the beta.
Planned approach and implementation

The only deviation from our plan is that the coding has taken longer than expected. This is mainly because of design changes we have made due to our user tests of the user experience.
