Important results from the project

The project goal was to develop and within 9-12 months be able to offer a commercially viable module that promotes self-reflection and helps individuals take ownership of, and improve, their own work situation. The project was considered successful if a pilot of the completed module could be implemented with at least 1000 employees and the module was ready for commercialization. The project met the above objective in accordance with the project plan. During the fall of 2022 (after completion of project), the module has been commercialized and so far launched for 20,000 individuals.

Expected long term effects

The project followed all steps in accordance with the approved project plan and reached objective on time (despite an initial delay due to the initial holiday period which coincided with the project start in June/July 2021).

Approach and implementation

The project has been carried out in close cooperation between the project parties ( coordinator + need owner) in order to maximize the likelihood of solving the identified societal problem and the module to be commercially viable at the end of the project. The process has been iterative. Key to the project success was to demonstrate preliminary sketches/versions of the module to the need owner (several people in different roles) in workshops at an early stage and listen to feedback on the intended solution. The feedback allowed for development resources to be prioritized effectively.
