The project found applied ways to work towards gender equality and a more inclusive industry while connecting to SMI locality and projects. All in the aim of challenging the industry´s traditional expression.

Approach and implementation
GRÄV IN applied a norm critical perspective and leaned on materials from "Schyst communication". The project mapped how selected industry examples and SMI work with inclusion and gender equality in their communication, previous gender equality studies within the framework of SMI and also led competence boosting activities and working group discussions on gender equality and inclusion. For each activity, the project identified proposals for initiatives and next steps for SMI to become more equal and inclusive in order to promote industry innovation and attractiveness.
