Important results from the project
The project has strengthened Minc´s incubator operations and created better conditions for building sustainable, scalable and socially beneficial companies. Through a structured IRL-based working method, we have been able to offer more accurate support in business development, teams, sustainability and capital. The goals were mainly met. ISO 26000 certification and the appointment of Financial Times show the long-term importance of the project locally and nationally.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to contribute to more sustainable and scalable companies with stronger teams, clearer business focus and better readiness for capital raising. Through our new investment structure and strengthened collaboration in the region, long-term synergies between innovation players and increased access to capital for promising startups are created.
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented according to plan with a clear focus on developing more needs-based support for the incubator companies. The work was based on a structured IRL framework and early-phase efforts as well as cooperation with regional actors. Most activities were implemented as planned, although the inflow was sometimes affected by external factors such as the pandemic and the market situation. It has been flexible and adapted when necessary.
