Lowered thresholds for data sharing

Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** In aim of lowering the thresholds to make it easier to share data so that the data can be used and provide benefit, the project has worked to provide support and training to the data producing authorities in the mission. All of these have now started their data sharing. The results have been produced so that they can be reused by the public sector. This means that the public actors who do not have their own metadata catalog have received a simplified delivery of metadata to Sweden´s data portal as well as a concept for leaders, films and support on the data portal.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has created the conditions and the result can be seen as a good start to continued work, both for the participating authorities, but also for the public sector in general. Continued work includes publishing data and getting started with organizing the internal work with data sharing for good administration. See also the assignment´s final report including the analysis report from this project. The work with data sharing is expected to continue and to be prioritized by the participating authorities in the future as well (see the final report).

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The work with the technical support was preceded by a legal investigation and was carried out early in the project to then be used. The support for publication was given per authority after which the results contributed to the documentation/user guide. The work with the knowledge support has taken place iteratively and in close collaboration with the secretariat for the overall government mission. By interviewing participants and testing solutions, the project landed in a concept for leaders as a complement to Diggs "Data Ambassador Program".
