Purpose and goal

The aim of the project has been to create a digital toolkit to support the development of an inclusive and norm critic approach in processes concerning cultural heritage. Such processec involve evaluation, conservation and communication of cultural and historic meanings of places to the puplic but also as input to planning processes. A digital toolkit has been published on the shared internal webbsite of the County Administrative Boards as well as on an external webbsite. By this the aims and goals of the project have been fulfilled.

Expected results and effects

The digital toolkit "Göra Sverige" is published as a website accessible to all who works within the field of cultural heritage. During the process discussions conserning conditions and values have led to a broader understanding of the filed. We expect that the toolkit will be used to support a wide range of processes consering cultural heritage but also for developing the practique and values within the offices working in the field.

Planned approach and implementation

During the process representants of destakeholders such as public authorities, institutions, researchers and NGOS have participated in workshops and shared perspectives on cultural heritage. These perspectives have been useful in the process of developing and testing the methods provided in the toolkit. In addition to the methods cases have been collected and a digital library with key literature have been created. The processes have continuously been discussed in the advisory team representing the participants of the project.
