Purpose and goal

The purpose of applying for the internationalization grant is to improve international cooperation through joint innovation projects and long-term collaboration. The goals are to expand the team and simultaneously enhance innovation capacity by bringing together specialists from different countries and exchanging ideas on current trends and research.

Expected effects and result

Expected results are to work towards establishing an international network, an innovation project application, increasing competence and knowledge by visiting facilities and labs, as well as exchanging ideas on current trends and research. The impact of this work will strengthen innovation capacity, diversity, and social acceptance, including increased competitiveness in the industry, where partnership and future projects are impacted by diversified representatives.

Planned approach and implementation

Travel plans are considered where, for each partner, a few days´ workshop sessions, including visits to facilities: • Introduction of teams/groups • Finding the potential capabilities of the Institute/University and facilities • Discussing current challenges and opportunities for collaboration and partnership • Setting up the collaboration/communication plans • Outlining future strategic directions • Preparation plan for future research and application submissions
