Purpose and goal
The project aims to conduct an international commercial validation of Korall´s DACC technology. The goal is to develop a sharp global market strategy, gather requirements for customer-specific solutions, and secure written/verbal commitments for the first international pilots. This enables the company´s global export launch.
Expected effects and result
The expected outcome is a validated international business model and clearly defined technical specifications based on market needs. The effect will be a clear path towards technology export and formal agreements that create the conditions for industrial scaling abroad. This is a crucial step for the global dissemination of the solution and addressing climate change.
Planned approach and implementation
Implementation begins with a mapping of foreign markets and identification of potential customers. This is followed by analysis and requirement gathering for client-unique pilot projects, as well as validation of pricing and the business model for an international context. The work concludes with formalizing commitments for early customer pilots in selected regions.
