Important results from the project

The Integrated Learning 1:2 project advanced the Integrated Learning Model and created learning journeys in key digitalization domains. Including ABB, Ericsson, Saab and Volvo, it used an agile methodology to develop and pilot four learning journeys, scoped two more, and innovated the Integrated Learning Model, all within budget. The retrospective highlighted successful cross-company collaboration, advancing learning methods and created a dynamic environment for cutting-edge technologies.

The project has innovated: Cross-industry cooperation: - L&D organizations sharing best practice learning methods and ways-of-working - Tech domains cross-industry workshops with experts in LJ development and deliveries forming joint communities - Learners evaluation and feedback with new perspectives and networking Integrated Learning Model has been improved and innovated with refined WoW, new templates and best practices Established relations and WoW as fundament for Expert Learning Lab

Approach and implementation

The project was organized in six work packages with goals and deliverables, running concurrently, supported by project manager, controller and a project site in MS Teams. An agile methodology was applied, including 3-weeks sprints with demos, Kanban Board, weekly stand-ups, retro-perspective sessions and sprint plannings, which enabled continuous progress, transparency and quality in deliverables. The original work package planning was followed, and the project cost has met the budget.
