Approach and implementation
The project was organized in six work packages with goals and deliverables, running concurrently, supported by project manager, controller and a project site in MS Teams. An agile methodology was applied, including 3-weeks sprints with demos, Kanban Board, weekly stand-ups, retro-perspective sessions and sprint plannings, which enabled continuous progress, transparency and quality in deliverables. The original work package planning was followed, and the project cost has met the budget.
