Important results from the project
Within the project, we showed suitable business models to: Become credible with schools Show customer benefit Test willingness to pay OK on these! Ability to pay can be a challenge. Be able to quickly scale up the number of trained students. Through the project, build customer relationships with a number of schools that become important references. Address the market with partners who are already working towards schools. OK, some automation is required to scale more. Budget is the most important issue moving forward, followed by specific studies with our training to eliminate doubt.
Expected long term effects
Feedback and results from schools and parents in both Sweden and Finland are extremely positive. We expect more returning customers who choose to train more students and spread our solution. From being unknown, we have created interest in a broad screening of vergence this autumn which can point to training needs, and also provide a basis for a debate article to further raise the issue, which is also burning connected to the use of screens, which may well be behind increased problems with brain-eye coordination. Planning studies with both EdTest and Karolinska Institutet this fall.
Approach and implementation
Plan via sub-projects: Market research/strategy schools (free/municipal) Market research/strategy retailer schools Utveckla Affärsmodell 1.0 B2B/School Recruitment schools for pilots Carry out pilots, as well as lessons learned to develop process and build relationship with the schools Adjust business model B2B if necessary Ensure schools run from pilots to wider rollout We have followed the plan. The results have been good and the support good, we have learned a lot. School budgets will be the challenge to get a wider rollout in the short term.
