Call Planning grant for international proposal 2024

Purpose and goal

The overall purpose of the planning project is to craft and submit a very competitive application to the Eurostars cut-off in March. The objectives include establishing the consortia, detailed project planning for the main project, including milestones, work packages and deliverables, management of key project risks and as well as refinement of assessment of project capabilities for realization of the project, performing an “Investment Readiness Process by Beels”, IRP and to strengthen the IPR.

Expected effects and result

The planning grant will result in an Eureka Eurostars project. The project´s effects will cover the missing link in today´s AI: that it does not have a structured ´world map´. We’ve developed a new proprietary patent pending AI technology Hyper* that structures data into a world map, which makes systems robust, stable and more reliable. In the Eurostars project, we intend to develop, demonstrate and commercialize this technology through a demonstration action involving partners and end users.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will be run by internal staff and external experts in different areas. It is divided into 4 work packages, all running in parallel, each with its deliverables. In WP1 the proposal writing is run. In WP2 the IRP and financial plan are covered. In WP3 the IPR is strengthened through an FTO, patent assessment report and IPR Strategy. WP4 Project management delivers the project planning, management and reporting.
