Purpose and goal
Industrialize and final verification of both technical and business conditions for large scale launch of EVAM System During the project, the company has managed to verify the technology and the business case with contacted customers. Data from pilot tests have resulted in a technical specification for industrialization of the product that will be launched in Q2 2018. During the project, the company has managed to establish important contacts with partners, technical advisers and customers. This resulted in a well implemented distribution strategy as well as an updated business plan
Expected results and effects
The company succeeded to: Establish a production strategy and, through a comprehensive evaluation, develop a model for evaluation of production partners. The model was applied and partners were chosen Perform pilot tests of EVAM in Stockholm with 3 customers. The tests confirmed the product´s functionality for the customer who was very pleased with the pilot. Discussion about the implementation of EVAM at the customer is currently underway. Strengthen its market position and develop sales. 6 partners have been identified, 3 technical advisers recruited and 20 customers contacted.
Planned approach and implementation
The project was divided into three work packages; Production, Pilot Tests and Development of the Sales. Prior to launch, a plan for implementation was defined where the desired results were defined and the work was broken down into smaller parts Production The company created a model for evaluation of production partners. That model was later applied to partners earlier listed Pilots EVAM was installed at 3 customers. Pilots were evaluated through interviews, surveys and analysis of technical data. Sales Market activities and meetings were booked with desired partners and customers.
