Planned approach and implementation

Softhouse participation in Scalare has focused on using and validating Scalare methods in case studies along with other Scalare partners and customers to Softhouse to give feedback back to how to improve and clarify various aspects. This approach has worked very well. From Softhouse point of view, as consultants, were some of the initial partial results too theoretical but when the simplified Canvas was defined (second half of the project), it became clearer how to use a holistic approach (process, organization and process) in an organizational change.
