Purpose and goal
Datacenters and AI are among the fastest growing industries in the world. The increasing demand in power consumption and fast data calls for radical changes in architecture and need for power efficient solutions. The goal of the project is to implement Solinde´s power-efficient microcomb technology for datacenter and AI applications.
Expected effects and result
The desired outcome of the project is to accelerate Solinide´s power-efficient microcomb development towards deployment in datacenters. The business position of the company will be strengthened through engagement with key customers/partners in the industry. Time-sensitive technical challenges, such as packaging and fabrication, will be developed through interaction with key partners. Overall, this will facilitate the growth phase needed for deliver the product to market.
Planned approach and implementation
The technical portion of the activities will be carried out at Solinide´s facilities, and through interactions with key partners. The business position of Solinide will be strengthened through engagement in conferences and meetings with key customers/partners. This will facilitate eventual market entry of Solinide´s microcombs in datacenters to bring down power consumption.
