Purpose and goal

This project aims to strengthen SMEs in the electronics sector by promoting international partnerships for innovation and creating valuable business opportunities. By increasing their understanding of Europe´s innovation landscape, we will establish a collaborative environment where Swedish SMEs can network, share ideas and collaborate with other electronics companies across Europe. Supporting SMEs is crucial to driving innovation, economic growth and technological sovereignty within the EU.

Expected effects and result

The project aims to increase Swedish electronics SMEs´ access to EU funding, improve their readiness for international markets and optimise business opportunities through partnerships in the EU innovation ecosystem. By connecting SMEs with key EU markets, the initiative will broaden their customer base, attract strategic partnerships and promote cross-border cooperation, strengthening Sweden´s position as a key player in the EU electronics sector and increasing its competitiveness.

Planned approach and implementation

Through open applications across Sweden, the project will use the cluster partners´ network to reach electronics SMEs nationally. Selected companies will receive an "International Package" to increase their chances of securing EU funding, improve their market readiness and optimize business opportunities through meetings with partners in the EU´s innovation ecosystem. The package includes 10,000 SEK for travel to meet potential innovation and business partners.
