Call Planning grant for international proposal 2025

Purpose and goal

The project develops a competitive EIC Transition-ansökan by strengthening the technical plan (TRL 4-6, milestones, risk management) and business plan (market potential, business model, IP strategy). The Proposal is structured to meet EIC´s criteria with optimized budget and resource allocation within the given funding. The goal is to write a strong proposal for EIC Transition, which is well-formulated and has specific and strong answers to the aspects that the call for proposals demands.

Expected effects and result

The project aims to develop a competitive EIC Transition-ansökan through three main deliverables: a technology development plan (TRL 4-6) with work packages, milestones and risk analysis; a business development plan with GTM strategy, IPR plan and market analysis; and a completed proposal that clearly presents the project´s level of innovation, competitive advantages and business potential to maximize the chances of funding.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will be executed through three work packages with support from the consulting firm Accelopment. WP1 focuses on technical development, including manufacturing processes and validation protocols. WP2 develops the comprehensive business strategy, incorporating market analysis and IPR planning. WP3 synthesizes these elements into a competitive proposal featuring clear project methodology and optimized budget allocation. The initiative will run from April through September 2025.
